When you need a proven contractor to install a new septic system, choose Davis Septic Services for prompt and reliable work. We have the time, talent, and tools to install conventional, low-pressure dose, aerobic spray, and aerobic drip systems. The process can take from two to four months to complete.
The process starts with a site evaluation – carried out by a site evaluator, licensed engineer, or registered sanitarian – to determine the type of septic system that’s best suited for the soil at the desired location. Upon completion of the site evaluation, we’ll design a system that’s in line with standard rules and codes.
Once the site evaluation and design are in the hands of the homeowner or septic installer, the permit application can be turned into the county or permitting authority. When the permitting review is finished, the permit authority or county will issue a permit-to-construct.
Now installation can begin. Our crew will dig and set the tank and materials needed per the design approved by the permitting authority. With the tank and materials set, the governing authority will visit the site and inspect the uncovered job to make sure everything is according to standards.
After completion of the final inspection, the permitting authority will issue a license to operate the system.

“I had a septic tank installed in 2019. Very efficient company with no hidden cost. Job was completed on time and extremely clean when they were finished. I will have them handle all the maintenance in the future. I really appreciate hardworking men who want to do the job right the first time. Thanks for the great job!”

- Maybe. Depending on a variety of factors, you may have the option of an Aerobic or Conventional Septic System. As local septic system installation experts, we can diagnose soil samples, review your lot layout, look at construction plans and ultimately help you determine what options you have for system type and design. Make sure to talk to the septic professionals before finalizing your construction details.
- Yes! We’ll need to look at plans and possibly permits for you. You’ll want to know where your drain field is located and what setbacks you may have. We offer turnkey service to find your current system design and help with your construction project. We can do a site walk with you and can assist in relocating the tank or drain filed if necessary.
